Walk in the forest of Saint-Livres

Saint-Livres is a Swiss municipality in the canton of Vaud, located in the district of Morges.
Bounded by two rivers, Aubonne to the west and Boiron to the east, the town shares its borders with the towns of Aubonne, Montherod, Bière, Yens and Lavigny. The town is located about 20 km from Lausanne.
The territory of the municipality covers approximately 8.12 km2, staggered between 450 and 715 m above sea level, the village being located in its center.
The upper part constitutes 295 hectares of forests. These forests largely belong to the municipality, with the exception of small private plots. The State of Vaud also owns 36 hectares divided into two plots: Bois Robert and Bois d´Etoy.
